St. Patrick’s Day is one of my favorite holidays. I’m not sure if my love for this day comes from my obsession for all things green, my affinity for Celtic music, or nostalgia from elementary school celebrations. Whatever the reason, I always look forward to this day and I enjoy thinking up fun ways to celebrate.
1. Keep an Eye Out For Specials
As a frequent (maybe a little too frequent) patron of my local loaded tea shop, I know how to keep an eye out for any and every specialty tea. They have special menus for every holiday/season and their St. Patrick’s Day specials are looking like a new favorite.
Lots of businesses (food or otherwise) have special offers or festive products for different holidays, so go check some out!
2. Find a New Playlist
It is so easy to find a fun new playlist for pretty much any mood you’re looking for. Whether you have Spotify (like me!), Apple music, or if you just want to look through YouTube, Celtic music will always put you in an Irish mood.
3. Get Crafty
Whether you have kids or not, I think we should take every opportunity to get in some arts and crafts. For a low-cost activity, use scraps of mail or old papers to make shamrocks!
