As someone who works full-time but also likes to have a hot meal ready when my family gets home, this recipe is one that I make pretty often. If you ask my family they might say I make it a little too often lol, but I really like it and I always make enough to take leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (or any ground meat)
- Enough Ramen noodles for everyone to have a serving (I usually do a block for each person)
- 1/2 a bag of Coleslaw mix (just the cabbage mix, not a kit that comes with sauce)
- Seasonings (black pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Siracha to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Steps
1
Start by cooking your ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
2
While the noodles cook, brown your meat in a drizzle of sesame oil.
3
When the meat is done, add in the coleslaw mix. Let this cook until the cabbage is softened.
4
Add seasonings, soy sauce and siracha to taste.
5
Mix in your noodles and enjoy!
